In the third quarter of 2023, the top News and Magazines apps in Serbia demonstrated varied performance metrics in terms of downloads and revenue. Here’s a detailed look at the trends from Sensor Tower data.

People's Daily saw a significant surge in weekly downloads, particularly in August. The app experienced a remarkable increase from 993 downloads in the week of August 14 to a peak of approximately 16K downloads by September 4. However, towards the end of the quarter, downloads dropped sharply to just 7 in the week of September 18.

For Twitter Lite, the revenue fluctuated slightly but remained relatively stable, ranging between $68 and $132 per week. The app's weekly downloads peaked at around 32K in mid-August but generally hovered around 2K to 3K for the remainder of the quarter.

Sportal showed a steady growth in weekly downloads throughout the quarter, starting from 97 downloads in mid-July and peaking at approximately 2.8K in early September. Despite the growth in downloads, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Blic had consistent weekly revenue of around $1 to $2. The app's downloads gradually increased over the quarter, starting from 457 in late June and reaching a high of approximately 935 by the end of September.

Mozzart Sport maintained a stable download rate, with weekly downloads ranging from 297 to 719. Similar to Sportal, Mozzart Sport did not generate any revenue during this period.
